John Anderson is an established specialist in the Building Facade Industry. His experience extends to C-Suite oversight of Sales, Estimating, Design, Manufacturing, Installation, Testing, Inspection and Evaluation of Curtain Walls, Window Walls, Windows, Doors, Panels, and Precast. He possesses an extensive working knowledge of Contracts, Schedule, Costs, Claims, Applications, Engineering, Materials, Specifications, Procurement, Manufacturing, Installation and Logistics.
Having risen through the ranks he has served as President, CEO and COO of Domestic and International Firms. Mr. Anderson’s responsibilities have included Company P & L Performance, as well as Contract Management and Operational Oversight of Facilities and Projects Worldwide. He has collaborated with renowned Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Developers on Building Custom Facade Design, Testing, Production, Logistics, and Installation.
As a Facade Consultant he has also participated in numerous complete Building Envelope Forensic Investigations and Assessments, advising on Condition as well as Remedial and Retrofit Solutions. Working with Company Leadership and Project Management, Mr. Anderson brings Technical Expertise and Administrative Support to Client’s including Developers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Architects.
